Hi, I’m Alana!
As an Integrated Health Practitioner, my passion is health and wellness.
Are you struggling with pain or symptoms?
Do you feel stressed or overwhelmed?
When we have symptoms in our body, or feel things like anxiety, stress or depression, these are often warning signs that our body, mind and spirit are out of balance.
In my 15 years working as a chiropractor, I found that if we just remove the symptom without looking at the body as a whole, then the body will potentially create another indicator, symptom, challenge.
If we dive deeper, we can find what others areas of “stuck” that are holding you back in your healing and growth, creating more ease and flow in all aspects of your life, both physical and mental.
The more you understand and embrace your own individuality, the more clarity can be gained from narrowing down what really works for you.
I can help you to go deeper within yourself, nurturing ways for you to connect and trust your own inner voice and intuition.

Hands On Techniques
We will look at ways to create more ease in your body, but also at understanding what the body is trying to tell you, using techniques including McTimoney, Network Spinal Analysis (NSA), trigger point releasing and stretching to help the body back into balance.
These are exceedingly gentle but cause the nervous system, and so your body as a whole, to re-organise

Human Design is a way of self-exploration, combining knowledge of astrology, I-Ching, Kabbalah and Vedic philosophy to create a chart that’s your own individual genetic blueprint.

The journey towards healing can incorporate ways of learning to sit with the uncomfortable feelings and stories we have instead of locking them out.
To access and heal the part of us that shut down during this time. Finding ways to heal that part of ourselves can free up energy and holding patterns that have been locked in our body for years,

Retreats
Clear Day Retreats utilises the full array of skills within small groups to create a more intensive experience.
It can help you go deeper with introspective work like journaling, meditation, intuitive movement, alongside several network entrainments to help clear old patterns and create the space and clarity to bring in the new.
Some previous network experience is advantageous, but not a pre-requisite for these deep dives.
