Healing Mentoring for Personal Growth

Personal Journey and Expertise

For three decades, healthcare and wellness have been my passion. This journey has involved studying various modalities to understand and manage my own health challenges.

I've dealt with anxiety, overwhelm, stress, IBS, eczema, urticaria,  adrenal fatigue, various injuries and chronic back and neck pain. These haven’t been helped by my hypermobility and burnout from early childhood through my teenage years and beyond. Over the years, I've learned to look after myself, drawing on various resources to manage stress and anxiety effectively, along with managing my pain and symptoms and understanding more about what my body really needs when these symptoms arise. I regularly practice meditation, breath worth, yoga, kickboxing and regular hands-on work with other practitioners to help me look after the body from both the inside and the outside.

Mentorship taps into these resources to support you on your journey to healing and well-being. By sharing my knowledge and experience, I can help you navigate your health challenges, such as pain in your neck, back, hip, or knees, and find effective strategies for working towards managing and reducing stress, tension, and anxiety.

The Journey to Healing

The healing journey involves learning to sit with uncomfortable feelings and stories instead of locking them down. It's about accessing and healing the parts of us that we disconnect with during challenging times.

Healing doesn't necessarily mean revisiting past traumas or stressful events through conversation. By working with both mind and body, we can create more effective changes and foster a sense of well-being, reducing headaches, stress, and tension.
