Users may not download information from this site for their personal use and no part of this website may be copied, adapted or used for commercial purposes without the written permission of Evolve Mind Body..

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All therapy and reading appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Unattended appointments which are not cancelled or rescheduled within the 24hour period will incur a fee of 100% of the appointment cost. Cancelled or unattended appointment fees will be charged at your next appointment or will be invoiced with 30 day payment terms if another appointment is not booked. 

You may cancel retreat or workshops enrolments up to three days prior to the scheduled start date with no penalty. Occasionally it may be necessary for Evolve Mind Body to cancel a retreat or workshop and if this is the case, you will be offered either a full refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event.

If you wish to cancel within three days of the start date there will be no refund unless there is a waiting list and we can transfer your booking to another applicant.

Products & Merchandise

Any products and merchandise purchased may be returned within 14 days for full refund or exchange providing the item has not been used and is in its original condition and packaging. Should you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible for replacement or refund.
