My Journey in Health and Wellness
Health and wellness have always been significant aspects of my life. My journey began in my teens when I competed nationally in ice skating competitions, which eventually led me to pursue physiotherapy after sustaining an ankle injury.
However, my path took a turn, and I went on to study Chiropractic after working as a respiratory technician. In 2008, I completed my 5-year chiropractic degree from the McTimoney College of Chiropractic. I practised as a Chiropractor until December 2021 when I decided to deregister.
Holistic Healing Approach
Although I no longer legally call myself a ‘Chiropractor,’ I continue to use gentle adjustment techniques such as McTimoney and Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) to help reduce stress and tension in the body. Additionally, I provide mentoring and guidance to support you more deeply through your healing process.

Along my own journey of self-discovery, I have studied various techniques, including:
Meditation: Different types to suit individual needs.
Energy Work: Techniques to balance and restore energy.
Nutrition: Including using food as medicine, holistic supplements, Ayurvedic medicine principles all to help support the bodies natural processes.
Shamanic Work: Ancient healing practices for spiritual growth.
Human Design: Understanding your unique blueprint based on your date, time, and place of birth.
I draw from my professional background of over 20 years in the medical field to provide personalised guidance and tools for my clients.
Inside-Out Health Philosophy
I believe that true health comes from the inside out. Factors such as diet, sleep quality, emotional and spiritual health, and external circumstances all play crucial roles in how our bodies function. Symptoms are signals from the body indicating that something in our lives needs attention. Through my work, I help clients gain insight and create meaningful change.
Beyond Traditional Medicine
I'm fascinated by methodologies that go beyond traditional medicine. Human Design, for example, provides insight into an individual's unique blueprint. It’s an enlightening tool that helps clients take a fresh look at their challenges, find clarity, and discover new ways of moving forward.

My approach empowers individuals to find the space, time, and understanding to connect with their minds and bodies instead of fighting against them. I'm passionate about exploring various wellness possibilities outside conventional medicine, helping people discover what truly works for them.
By understanding ourselves better, we can create more flow with all our emotions, feelings, and circumstances. This holistic approach to health focuses on achieving harmony within the body and mind, leading to a more fulfilling and balanced life.
