Hi I’m Alana,
My passion is health and wellness! In my teens I loved ice skating, and used to compete nationally for a few years. This began my love of fitness and health. Since qualifying with a chiropractic degree at the Mctimoney College of Chiropractic in 2008, I worked as a chiropractor until 2022.
Throughout this time I have also studied different ways in which I could work with my own pain, anxiety and stress. I learned about different techniques of meditation, counselling, energy work, ayurvedic medicine, shamanic work andHuman Design.
My personal journey weaves through and compliments my professional background of over 15 years in the medical field, and I now share this integrated blend of knowledge and techniques with my clients.
My Services

I use several hands-on methods to help the body back into balance. These include techniques of McTimoney, Network Spinal Analysis, trigger point, and muscle release. These can be exceedingly gentle but cause the nervous system, and so your body as a whole, to re-organise.

If you want to look at the problem from another perspective, we can look at your human design. This is a way of self-exploration, combining knowledge of astrology, I Ching, Kabbalah and Vedic philosophy using the chakra system to create a chart that’s your genetic blueprint. Something specific just to you.
It can give you information on all aspects of your life, and can be a great tool to help look at aspects of your personality, natural tendencies and energetic potential.

The journey to healing can incorporate ways of learning to sit with the uncomfortable feelings and stories we have instead of locking them out. To access and heal the part of us that shut down during this time. Finding ways to heal that part of ourselves can free up energy and holding patterns that have been locked in our body for years.

I offer regular Clear Day Retreats where I use an array of skills with small groups to create a more intensive experience.
Retreats not only help you feel rejuvenated, but can help you go deeper with introspective work like journaling, meditation, intuitive movement, alongside several Network entrainments to help clear old patterns and create the space and clarity to bring in the new.
